Shipping policy

 

Shipping rates (per shipment):

Lower 48 States

USPS First Class Mail = $4.95 (up to 0.5 pounds)

UPS Ground = $13.95 (no weight limit)

UPS 2nd Day Air = $24.95 (no weight limit)

UPS Next Day Air = $49.95 (no weight limit)

All orders placed before 1 pm Pacific Time will ship the same day, as long as everything requested is currently in stock.  Typical handling time is 1 business day.

Free shipping on all orders over $500

Transit time:

USPS First Class Mail = 2-5 business days

UPS Ground = 1-5 business days, Monday-Saturday, no delivery on Sunday

UPS 2nd Day Air = 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air = 1 business day

Tracking:

All customers who place orders online will automatically receive shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has been made.

Fraudulent orders:

Orders may be canceled as fraudulent, if: 

• The billing and shipping addresses are in different states.
• The billing and shipping names are different.
• The order is placed with an email, which doesn't have a functioning domain address.

 Notes:

The following shipping policies apply to all orders:

• High value orders are shipped with signature required for delivery.
• Oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges.
• Orders over $500 must have matching billing and shipping addresses.
• Class B AIS orders require Class B AIS form to be filled out and emailed to todd@flecksmarine.com within one business day of order placement.  The form can be found at the bottom of the homepage listed under support.  Orders placed without Class B AIS form will be canceled.
• All Packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific carrier used.
• Customers refusing shipments or requesting an address correction/change after shipment has been made, will be charged a $30 fee.
